Set the self-service strategy for reducing operating costs across Customer Support. Drove org-wide alignment on chatbots as the path to faster answers, better support quality, and lower costs. Led the Support Chat integration between the consumer app and operator tools to deliver on it.

First designer on Reels for Facebook during the short-form video boom. Aligned the approach across Instagram and Facebook leadership. Used prototypes to pitch a viewer design system. Pushed for a differentiation strategy built around Facebook's strengths.
2017–2021
Three years on the highest-trafficked social surface in the world at the time. Focused on News Feed design systems. Early work on delivering content from outside the social graph—precursor to "For You" surfaces and feed controls—with design focused on making a non-deterministic feed legible and giving users real control.
